Our Return Policy

Dogtopia Shop is committed to providing quality and value on the items and services we sell, leading to our handling of returns on a case-by-case basis within 30 days from purchase. It is important to us that our Pet Parents, Customers & Dogtopians are 100% satisfied. As we are all Dogtopians, our philosophy is we treat one another fairly and reasonably and do our best to take care of one another. We apply refunds to the card or payment method in which items were purchased. If we choose to provide a refund, when there is no record of a sale, a refund will be provided at the current price in the tender of account credit good toward a future Dogtopia Shop purchase. Limited exceptions apply.

Here are some of the most common reasons in which returns, or replacements are made with Dogtopia Shop:

  • You’re dissatisfied with the item
  • You purchased it by mistake
  • The item received is incorrect
  • You received duplicate items
  • You refused upon delivery due to damage to the item or box
  • An item is missing, and need a replacement or price adjustment
  • The shipment is lost

Return Procedure

Dogtopia Shop understands that when an item needs to be returned, we will work with you to facilitate the return or replacement quickly and reasonably. Our customer service team is here to help with every step as detailed below:

  • Start your return online by contacting our customer service center at support@dogtopiashop.com.
  • In the email, please include your order number, the specific item, quantity, a description of the issue, and your desired outcome.
  • Including a photo of the item is needed if there is damage to the item and you are requesting a replacement or refund.
  • Returns are processed within 10-15 business days and refunds can be expected 5-7 business days after processing.

Show your digital return label code at an eligible FedEx location and they'll print a shipping label for you.
